Shipping and Delivery
We ship in India
Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email. The following information is an estimate of the time it will take for you to receive your order: 4 – 10 business days
Returns and Refunds
If you need to return an item, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging with the tags still attached and must be unused and undamaged.
Personalised pieces are made to order and therefore will not be accepted for a refund or exchange once your order has been submitted.
After we have received and reviewed the returned item, you’ll either receive a new product or a refund as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that return delivery costs are your responsibility.
Order cancellation/modification
Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or modify your order. We will do our best to make the change. If it is too late for us to cancel/modify your order, you may return it to us after you receive it.
